Sunday school is back in person.  Children in Pre-K through 6th grade are welcome to attend every Sunday morning from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m.

• Kid's Skate Party

The BUMC Youth Group is a ministry devoted to middle and high school students with a focus on growing in our relationships with God and each other. Youth are invited to join us on Sunday evenings at 5:00 pm.

We play games, eat food, learn about God and each other, and have a good time. We hope to see you there!

Youth Sunday School is held Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m.

Adult Choir

The Adult Choir rehearses on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. in the sanctuary (except during summer months). If you would like to participate, join us at rehearsal. No auditions are necessary!

Praise Team 

Singers and musicians are encouraged to become part of this small, informal group.  The group occasionally leads worship and provides special music during the Sunday morning worship services.

Handbell Choir

The handbell choir performs one Sunday a month between September and May with special performances at Christmas and Easter.  Practice is every Tuesday evening, starting at 6 p.m. 

United Women of Faith (formerly UM WOMEN)

The women of Berea UMC meet regularly for devotion, fellowship, and good works. This ministry has helped countless causes in Berea and beyond. They sponsor two major fundraisers each year--the BUMC Annual Yard Sale (held each June in conjunction with the US 25 Yard Sale) and the BUMC Annual Church Bazaar (held the first Saturday of December). They are also planning a women's retreat for Sept. 25-27, 2026. All women are invited. For more information, click here.
